We have been thinking about different things that we can do to help the environment. St Charles school have lots of good ideas. They already compost all of their fruit and have signs to remind people to switch off the lights. They are trying hard not to use too much plastic or foil in their pack-ups now and so lots of people have got a special wrapper for their sandwiches that can be washed and used again.

Today was the last chance we had to practise all our shows. The Year 3 class are acting out ‘Ali and the Big Wave’ and will have to pretend to be surfing turtles! The Year 2 class have made some fantastic props for ‘The Very Last Tree’ and the Year 4 class are very excited about showing off a brand new story tomorrow.

We all went to the theatre to act out all of the different stories. Everybody was fantastic! The stories looked really good once everyone was dressed up and we had the lights and music. Everyone had big smiles at the end of the day – especially me!
